Advised the seller in its divestment of the BioNordika Group with subsidiaries in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway and Swden to Addtech Life Science.The transaction was closed on 26 January 2012.
The BioNordika group sells reagents and instruments for bio-medical research, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry and public institutions. The group has a strong position on the Scandinavian market and represents leading suppliers i.a. in the fields of cellular and molecular biology as well immunology and diagnostics.
