Racine Ashjari

RACINE ASHJARI's main area of practice is Swedish and international commercial law with particular emphasis on equity capital market law, corporate law and M&A. Racine works with all types of matters concerning equity capital market law and corporate law and is particularly experienced in public and private corporate acquisitions and capital market transactions, such as public procurements, IPO's, private M&A:s, consolidations, mergers, private placements and re-capitalizations. Racine's work also includes matters concerning corporate law, corporate governance, information and financial permits. He is especially experienced in working with companies in the finance industry, real estate industry, renewable energy, specialized retail trade / convenience goods and the manufacturing industry. Racine Ashjari is also the author of several articles on the subject of equity capital market law and corporate law and he regularly gives lectures on these subjects.
