Area(s) of practice

PER FURBERG works with IT law issues specialising, among other things, in issues regarding e-IDs, electronic signatures, electronic document management, electronic payments and governmental Web services for what is commonly referred to as e‑government, and corporate Web services for e-commerce. His practice has a particular emphasis on legal issues and technical issues concerning IT infrastructure and the manner in which they may be co-ordinated to ensure the application of applicable law without extensive special regulation.  Per has been retained as an expert on governmental committees and has prepared proposals to amend legislation in the area of IT law.

Representative in the the eGoventment Delegation (Fi 2009:01) as expert on legal issues.
