Area(s) of practice

ODD SWARTING works primarily as an adviser to pharmaceutical, forestry and other industrial companies. In addition to commercial contracts, his practice largely involves research and development projects and various issues pertaining to governmental entities. Odd also has substantial experience counselling both creditors and debtors during financial crises, and administering bankruptcies and restructurings. Odd has 20 years' experience providing qualified legal advice in these areas.
