Nils Larsson

Senior counsel NILS LARSSON was appointed as senior counsel to Setterwalls’ Real Estate group on 1 September 2009. Nils has more then 30 years of experience with regard real estate issues, specifically usufructs in real property such as site leaseholds and rent. Since his court clerkship 1977 Nils has worked at LRF where he became senior counsel. After LRF Nils has been a partner in two law firms; Advokatbolaget Larsson & Partners AB and Landahl Öhman Advokatbyrå KB. Nils advises several of the major property owners in Sweden and assists them in legal disputes and with legal advice. Nils is a well known author of current legal literature on the subjects of usufruct and easements. Amongst other areas, this literature is used in university education. He has co-authored a number of books with Steig Synnergren including: Kommersiella hyres- och arrendeavtal i praktiken; Bostadshyresavtal i praktiken; Arrende- och andra nyttjanderättsavtal i praktiken; Jordabalken en Lagbokskommentar, 7, 12 och 14 kap. and Jaktarrende, all published by Norstedts Juridik AB. Nils is the author of the template agreement in the software program, Norstedts Fastighet Avtal. Nils is also a well-established lecturer in the area of real estate, primarily leaseholds, rent and easements as well as land title.
