Area(s) of practice

MIKAEL ÅSTRÖM's main areas of practice are within EU- & Competition Law and Commercial, both on a national and international level.
Mikael is head of the EU & Competition law group at the Gothenburg office and has vast experience as counsel relating to merger control, regulatory compliance and contract situations. Furthermore, Mikael regularly assists clients at dawn raids and implementing Compliance Programs, as well as being engaged as competition law expert and observer at meetings.
In relation to our Commercial group, Mikael has for many years assisted companies with creating and negotiating commercial agreements in most industry sectors.
