MATTIAS BERGSTRÖM mainly works with M&A and corporate law. Further, Mattias has great experience of other forms of commercial contracts outside of the M&A field and represents Swedish as well as foreign clients in both domestic and international cases. Mattias has a wide-ranging competence within his fields of activity with particular experience from leading major projects concerning M&A  and international co-operations, including i.a. due diligence processes and drawing up and negotiating agreements.
