MATS WAERING, during almost twenty years partner and responsible for Setterwalls airline group, is as senior counsel now responsible for Setterwalls railway group. With his background he is still one of Sweden’s most experienced attorneys within the airline business field including questions of airline responsibility, aircraft acquisitions, financing, leasing and maintenance. He is also experienced in acquisitions and maintenance of rolling stock, including trains and trams, as in infrastructure project. Mats has great experience of negotiations within his field of competence.
