MAGNUS DAHLMAN specializes in intellectual property law and competition law. Within intellectual property rights, Magnus provides strategic advice and support to large as well as small companies on identifying, developing, protecting and commercializing their intellectual property rights. He has vast experience as counsel in disputes concerning patents, trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks, particularly in the telecom and pharmaceutical businesses. He also assists Swedish as well as foreign clients in contract negotiations, license issues and consultancy regarding regulatory issues in the telecom and pharmaceutical field.
