Area(s) of practice

KARL-JOHAN NÖRKLIT principal field of practice is tax legislation, and he is specialized in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and group taxation. Another of Karl-Johan’s special field is the taxation of incentive programs. Karl-Johan also handles questions regarding Swedish and international corporate and individual taxation, and he has a great experience of representing clients in tax litigations.
