JOHAN SIDKLEV is primarily engaged with dispute resolution and maritime related work. Within the maritime field, Johan represents Swedish and international ship owners, insurance companies and banks. Recently, various transactions and ship finance have been his main areas. Johan is ranked by Chambers Global as up and coming and a rising star within the shipping field. Within the field of dispute resolution, Johan has genuine experience covering litigation as well as Swedish and international arbitration. Johan is a certified arbitrator within the realms of the Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the Swedish Arbitration Association. As a representative of Setterwalls' group for investment disputes, Johan has advised both private investors and different governments. Johan is a member of the Executive Committee of the Russian CIS Arbitration Network.
