JOACIM JOHANNESSON's areas of practice are private M&A, corporate, corporate recovery, IT and commercial law. Joacim has extensive experience in leading national and international projects involving acquisitions and disposals of companies, assets and/or business operations, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating of relevant sale and purchase agreements.

In addition, Joacim’s field of activity also spans typical IT/technology sector-related matters, i.e. drafting and negotiating highly complex contracts including, among other things, delivery of IT-systems, outsourcing, license, support and maintenance, consultancy, development, OEM, implementation of software and joint ventures.
