Area(s) of practice

As head of the Dispute Resolution Group at Setterwalls, HARALD NORDENSON has considerable experience in this practice area, appearing regularly before Swedish courts as counsel in commercial disputes and similarly as counsel to Swedish and foreign corporations in arbitral proceedings in Sweden. He also serves as arbitrator in Swedish and international commercial arbitrations, both in institutional and ad hoc proceedings. He has been engaged in promoting domestic and international commercial arbitration in developing countries, heading Swedish teams in projects in Sri Lanka and Mongolia.
