Area(s) of practice

ELISABETH WERNER'S main area of practice is issues concerning environmental law. Elisabeth assists Swedish as well as international medium-sized and large companies. She has vast experience from license proceedings in municipalities, county administrative boards and courts concerning environmentally hazardous businesses i.a. wind turbines, water enterprises and various pit and quarry operations.  Elisabeth is also frequently retained for M&A and real estate sales to carry out so called due diligence with the emphasis on issues concerning environment law. Elisabeth also assists clients in matters concerning liability for contaminated land. Elisabeth is further part of Setterwalls’ IP/Tech group. Elisabeth’s experience include drafting of IT agreements and outsourcing/procurement and in addition to that licensing, distribution agreements and co-operation agreements.
