CECILIA THOLSE ROGMARK is one of Setterwalls’ experts on intellectual property rights. Cecilia’s expertise lies particularly in trademarks and copyright but really comprises all types of legal actions that can occur when securing the client’s legal protection – from idea, to launching and marketing of a finished product and the continued work with defending and maintaining the intellectual property rights investments of the client companies. She is also vastly experienced in issues concerning design- and marketing law.
Cecilia’s clients are small and medium sized companies as well as international consolidated groups. Her work, among other things, involve strategic consultation and direct legal actions concerning establishing and maintaining an efficient legal protection for the client. She assists in the drawing up of all types of agreements within her area of expertise, represents clients in Swedish and international disputes and has an extensive co-operation with counsels and authorities all over the world.
