CAROLINE FALCONER is a member of the Swedish Bar Association. Her main areas of practice are dispute resolution, public procurement and state aid. Caroline handles cases before courts and arbitral tribunals. In the field of public procurement, Caroline is experienced in assisting contracting authorities as well as suppliers in all stages of the procurement process. Caroline also works with matters concerning state aid and gives lectures in this area.
