Area(s) of practice

CARL-JOHAN BUNE’s main areas of practice are IT, technology and telecom. He assists companies in their planning and realization of different IT projects such as licensing, outsourcing, procurement, system deliveries and distribution. Carl-Johan is also vastly experienced in Internet related legal matters.
In addition to engagements in the IT sector, Carl-Johan also works with corporate law and day-to-day consultancy in matters concerning commercial law for a number of clients in different fields of business. This means that he helps drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in a number of fields, i.e. distribution agreements and supply agreements.
Carl-Johan is also a much appreciated lecturer and is often engaged by universities and educational institutes to give lectures in his fields of expertise.
