Area(s) of practice

BOBI MITROVIC advises businesses to identify, develop and protect their intellectual capital. In doing so he has also advised in relation to distribution, supply and licensing agreements, and provides commercial solutions and practical advice to data hosting businesses. Bobi also advices clients in outsourcing and procurement projects related to IT.

Bobi's experience includes advising in global data protection projects for multinationals, including implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley driven whistleblowing hotlines. He frequently works with senior in-house counsel and international law firms, finding solutions to complex cross-border data issues. He also advises on commercial aspects of exploring and developing the possibilities for clients to use personal data as an intellectual capital and to optimize their personal data for marketing purposes.
