ANDERS MÅNSSON  is a member of Setterwalls’ Banking and Finance practice group and specializes in investment funds, structured products, general asset management issues, financing and financial market regulatory issues. For the past ten years, Anders has focused on advising clients in financial matters, primarily complex financial contract negotiations. Anders has extensive experience as a board member for several asset management companies.

Besides the work he carries out in Banking and Finance, Anders also works with general commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and company law and has participated in, and led, several large private equity transactions. Anders is recommended by PLC Which Lawyer? for investment funds and fund work for asset management firms and private equity and corporate practices.
