Anders Linnerborg

ANDERS LINNERBORG is head of Setterwalls’ environmental law group and his main areas of practice are environmental and water law and special real estate law. Anders works mainly with major proceedings in environmental court regarding water and environment cases and he is one of the most frequently retained lawyers in i.a. the fields of material and water supply. He works as counsel and consultant for public as well as private clients regarding industries, ballast and mineral operations, water enterprises, infrastructure projects and contaminated land and has 18 years’ experience of working with environmental law. Anders is currently involved in several major cases in the area and i.a. represents LFV in the re-examination of Malmö Airport and in several major water cases involving i.a. Sydvatten. Anders is also vastly experienced in contaminated land and transactions concerning environmental law.
Anders is often engaged to give speeches on his field of expertise and also arranges seminars himself where colleagues from the business as well as other consultants participate.
