Area(s) of practice

AGNES ANDERSSON main areas of practice are IT, technology and intellectual property rights. She advises companies as well as public operators on protection of their intellectual property rights and assists them with drafting and negotiating agreements.

Agnes is head of Setterwalls’ trade mark group in Göteborg. She has specialized in e-commerce and personal data protection, marketing legislation and IT and licence agreements. Agnes also has a special interest in consumer issues and design.

Agnes is further a highly appreciated lecturer and is frequently engaged by both clients, and universities, organizations and other educational facilities to give lectures on her specific areas.

Membership

Agnes is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and an active member of several Swedish as well as international organizations, including INTA (International Trademark Association) and AIJA (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats), VIRK (Association for intellectual property rights of western Sweden), the Computer Association, BNI (Business Network International) and the network Next & Now of the Chamber of Commerce for western Sweden.
