Setterwalls assists Vätterledens Invest at the sale of GIA Industri to Atlas Copco

Setterwalls has represented Vätterledens Invest in its sale of GIA Industri to Atlas Copco. GIA’s product range includes electric mining trucks, other mining vehicles and ventilation systems.

 Setterwalls team was lead by Dag Fredlund assisted by  Ingrid Sondell, Elin Snögren Johansson and Agnes Larfeldt Alvén.
