We conduct proceedings in rental and lease tribunals and at courts concerning rent levels, expropriation and the Planning and Building Act etc. In addition, we represent a large number of clients in negotiations and development of land areas involving, amongst other things, the preparation of proposals for zoning plans and planning permission applications.
